1. Online Shoppers
MusikaNatin.com cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. We rely on parents and guardians to supervise minors to decide which materials are appropriate for such minors to view and/or purchase.
MusikaNatin.com requires that all purchases be made by individuals 18 years of age or older, or by minors under 18 with the involvement of a parent or guardian who will both pay for the purchases of minors and give verifiable permission for such minors to purchase items on our site and for the collection by us of certain information in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
MusikaNatin.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel orders at their sole discretion.
2. Purchase Validation
Every purchase at MusikaNatin.com is subject to verification by our 3rd Party Retailer, ToCashier.com card payment gateway, and if deemed necessary, by the staff of MusikaNatin.com.
MusikaNatin.com may require Manual Authorization from the cardholder if orders show indications of fraud. This process ensures that the orders are placed by the cardholder themselves or with consent from the cardholder.
A Manual Verification includes the following:
a.) Front and Back portion of the Credit Card used for the transaction;
b.) A valid Government issued ID showing picture and signature of cardholder (Professional or Driver's License, Passport, SSS/SSN, TIN, etc);
c.) Specimen Signature with current Date of document transmission
3. Cancellation of Orders
MusikaNatin.com reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice which may be due, but not limited to, any of the following:
a.) Locations that are not covered by MusikaNatin.com specific delivery areas;
b.) Erroneous input of Shipping and/or Billing address;
c.) Denied purchase transaction by the Credit Card company; and
d.) Any other grounds for the transaction that seems fraudulent.
In cases of cancellation, the member or visitor can place an order again using a valid credit card and manual authorization i.e., faxed back-to-back copies of the photocopied credit card and a specimen signature.
4. Return Policy
MusikaNatin.com accepts returns for replacement for defective items purchased on our site provided that notice is given within seven (7) days upon receipt of such items or merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there are inherent defects on the product upon receipt of such item or merchandise. We will accept items for replacement for the following:
Incorrect item/s shipped as per purchase order. Items will be required to contain the complete and original unit plus accessories (if there are any), if applicable, in brand new condition, and unmarked and unscathed packaging
Defective or damaged item. Factory defects shall be covered by warranty from the respective supplier. The warranty shall be void should the damage be caused by recipient's negligence or if the item in question has been tampered.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MusikaNatin.com. We cannot accept items returned after more than 7 days after delivery.
How to return an item: Tell us about it. Email us at info@musikanatin.com. We will respond to you immediately to provide you with instructions on how to send your returned merchandise.
5. Shipping Information
Shipping rates will vary depending on destination.
Lead time for the delivery of items to the Philippines and the United States is three (3) to five (5) days. Lead time for delivery to other countries (outside the Philippines and United States), is two (2) to four (4) weeks.
