Any legal action against MUSIKANATIN.COM shall take place in the courts of Muntinlupa City, Philippines.

MUSIKANATIN.COM employs the use of our merchant account, ToCashier.com since AUGUST 2006. Any personal and/or credit card information are not forwarded to MUSIKANATIN.COM. MUSIKANATIN.COM receives information solely for the purpose of purchase processing which includes, but not limited to, Cardholder's Name, Recipient's Address, Recipient's Contact Number, Items purchased, and Cost of Items Purchased.
Credit card and e-check purchases will be sold by ToCashier.com. Products or services provided by MusikaNatin.com. Customer's credit card is not billed until the order has been fulfilled i.e. accessed digital goods such as ebooks, webhosting enabled, service fulfillment) or shipped (tangible goods or delayed service fulfillment) by MusikaNatin.com.
